What is Pay-What-You-Can?
Lost X Youth allows people on tight budgets to purchase merch at manufacturing cost. The remaining costs 🔗 can be covered by those, who do not have to count every coin twice, who help us “carry” our losses from selling at manufacturing cost. You decide if you are on a low or a high budget. For each item, you can select one of three prices:
Base Price
You only pay the item’s manufacturing price.
This does not cover our costs, but that is okay when you are on a tight budget.
Fair Price
You pay the item’s actual value, that is our costs to provide this item to you.
At this price, we break even.
Carry Price
You pay the item’s value and help to carry deficits from Base Price sales.
Allows us to offer merch at Base Price to people on low budgets.
